Delete Account / Data Removal Request
If you have created an account within the Tradeborhood™ mobile app, you have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please send an email to:
Please include:

Your full name

The email or phone number associated with the account

A brief statement requesting account deletion
Example:
"I am requesting permanent deletion of my Tradeborhood account and all related data."
What Happens When You Request Deletion
When you request account deletion:

Your account will be permanently removed from our system.

All personal information (name, contact info, technician details, etc.) will be deleted.

Any active sessions will be logged out.

This process cannot be undone.
We will complete your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Data We Delete
Upon deletion, we remove:

Account profile information
-
Contact information
-
Job history or technician data
-
Any saved settings or preferences
Non-identifiable technical logs may be retained for security and legal compliance purposes.
